Yes. Both partners and members can cancel reservations subject to our cancellation policy. Please see the Terms of Use for cancellation windows and refund timelines.
When a reservation is made, you receive an email with the partner's verified travel details and a unique secret PIN. The traveller can only complete the handover if your PIN matches — and a PIN can be attempted a maximum of five times before the delivery is flagged.
Absolutely. You can switch between Sender (Member) and Traveller (Partner) roles from your account dashboard. Many Doxxar users do both.
Earnings depend on the route, weight capacity, and price per kilo you set. Doxxar retains a 5% platform fee — the rest goes directly to you. Popular routes between major cities can earn partners $50–$200 per trip.
Most everyday items are accepted. Prohibited items include anything illegal, hazardous, or restricted by customs — including controlled substances, weapons, and live animals. Always declare your parcel contents accurately.
Limits are set by each individual partner based on their available luggage space. You'll see each partner's available weight and volume clearly before booking.
