1. Platform role

Doxxar is a marketplace connecting travellers (Partners) and parcel senders (Members). Doxxar is not a courier company and assumes no liability for the parcels carried.

2. Fees

Doxxar retains 5% of all shipping fees as a platform fee. No other fees apply.

3. Prohibited items

Partners and Members must not use the platform to carry or ship prohibited items including (but not limited to) illegal substances, weapons, live animals, or hazardous materials. Violation results in immediate account termination.

4. Cancellations

Both Partners and Members may cancel reservations subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
